These little beauties come in a box of 5 Texas sized muffins - enough for morning tea all week long! Soft, moist, tender and oh so cake-y these muffins are not your average keto muffin. Not dry, not crumbly. Muffins freeze exceptionally well so I recommend keeping them individually wrapped in your freezer. You can take them out as and when you want one and they will stay fresh. Simply leave it out to defrost or pop it in the microwave, heat it up and serve it with ice cream for dessert!
