Think a cookie pie shell the size of a muffin, filled with sweet, tart and tangy homemade lemon curd all drizzled with a little white chocolate.  OMG. OH YES. Yes please.  

Ingredients- Butter, eggs, Vitawerx White Chocolate, Stevia, Erythritol, Thaumatin, xanthan gum, baking soda, salt, vanilla, allulose, lemon juice, lemon rind

Tarts come in a box of 4 and will be frozen prior to dispatch to ensure they reach you totally fresh!  Keep your Tarts in an airtight container and eat within 5-7 days of receiving them, or you can safely re-freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
